Opening Hours

New Building Construction and Temporary Closures

A new building is currently under construction on site. This will be the place to purchase tickets and refreshments, during our opening hours, and staff will be on hand to provide information about the site. There will also be facilities including toilets, changing areas and exhibition space which will all enhance our visitors experience at the Crawick Multiverse.

Temporary Closure

As part of ongoing site maintenance and development, our car park is scheduled to be resurfaced between Monday 30th November and Friday 4th December.

While this work is in progress there will unfortunately be NO visitor access to the Crawick Multiverse site.

We will update on progress across our social media pages and on our website

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope you will enjoy a much smoother car park at your next visit.

See our New Site Facilities page for more information.

At this time, the site remains accessible to visitors, entirely at their own risk, with no entry charge. Please be aware, there will be no maps nor information available as our ticket office remains closed and there are no staff on site except for occasional maintenance.

We care deeply about the community, our visitors and the site itself and it is therefore essential that all visitors take care to safeguard themselves and we recommend that safe distancing protocols are used, which should be achievable within our 55 acre site.

It would also be appreciated if dog walkers would take their used bags away with them rather than using the bins on site.

We will update with information on our opening and events programme when we can. In the meantime, please stay safe and look after each other. If there is something you think the Trust could be doing to help everyone in these difficult times, please do get in touch via

On occasions, we may need to close the site for essential maintenance.  At which time public notices will be clearly on display and notification will be posted on the website and Facebook page.
