Digital Marketing and Visitor Services Assistant (Full-time)

Starting Salary – £21,840    

The Crawick Multiverse Trust is looking for a professional and motivated Digital Marketing and Visitor Services Assistant to join our small team, to help deliver a world class visitor experience both in person and online.   

You will enjoy a varied and diverse role, being responsible for social media, website and newsletter content, as well as playing a key role in welcoming visitors in person from our on-site facilities.  Ideally, you should have some experience in a similar role or as a minimum be able to demonstrate technical skills and knowledge in the use of Office 365, social media platforms and WordPress.

Based on site at The Coalface, the successful candidate will work alongside our Operations Manager and will have the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day running of one of Dumfries and Galloway’s unique visitor attractions and outdoor venues.  A programme of coaching and mentoring will be offered to support you develop into the marketing aspect of the role, facilitated by our experienced freelance marketing professional. 

Due to the location of the Multiverse, a current driving licence and access to transport is essential. The role is a full-time permanent position, with weekend working on a rota basis, and may offer an exciting opening for a recent graduate, new entrant or a young person seeking an early career opportunity.
