we’re doing some digging!

During our closed season here at the Multiverse, we’re taking the opportunity to complete some groundworks on the site. Works are to improve access to the Multiverse and provide essential infrastructure for events and more.

groundworks – closed to all access

Unfortunately this means that from the 31st of January, we have to close the site to ALL visitors. This includes pedestrian access and dog walkers. Our contractors will be completing groundworks with heavy plant and machinery. We have to restrict access for now for your health and safety.

important groundworks dates

31st January 2022 – Works start – The site will be closed to all public access from this date.

Friday 18th March 2022 – Works Scheduled for completion. As soon as the site is safe for pedestrian access, we will let you know. Keep an eye on our social media channels for regular updates.

1st April 2022 – Opening day! We are scheduled to reopen completely from the 1st April for the season and look forward to welcoming everyone back at the Coalface and the Multiverse.

what are we up to?

We want to make Crawick Multiverse one of Scotland’s most popular attractions. Whether it’s for big events like festivals or even smaller events like outdoor exercise classes and stargazing nights. To make this happen, we need to improve access and facilities on the site. Our goal is to make the Multiverse an inclusive destination for everyone, no matter your interests. This really is a special place in a great area. If you’d like any more information or have any questions then please get in touch with us.

This project is part-financed by the Scottish Government and the European Union – LEADER 2014-2020 programme
