So much to offer…

Dumfries and Galloway has so much to offer. Whether you enjoy walking, cycling, golf or mountain biking or history, culture, arts, castles, museums, galleries or distilleries there is so much to see and do. For those who enjoy nature and the great outdoors there are forests and coastlines to explore and dark skies too. If you are travelling with children, they will love our natural playgrounds as well as local play barns, art classes, chocolate making and ice cream parlours.

When it comes to planning your stay you will have a choice of hotels and B&Bs to choose from, but if you prefer self-catering, options include everything from country homes to cosy cottages as well as lodges, pods, caravans and camping. If you are travelling in a motorhome or campervan, you can even choose to spend the night with us here at Crawick Multiverse.

You will always experience a warm welcome in Dumfries and Galloway and if you want to experience life as a local we recommend checking out some local events and festivals and eating in our local cafes, farm shops, pubs, restaurants and hotels while you’re here.

Here are just a few useful links that will help you plan your trip and if you still need help why not ask our team to share their local knowledge or to direct you to a local tour guide to help you make the most of your time in Dumfries and Galloway.
