An aspiring tour guide had the chance to gain valuable work experience at Crawick Multiverse recently.
Logan Erskine, 21, from Kelloholm, completed a 25 hour work placement across three days at the stunning artland on his doorstep.
He had the opportunity to learn about the daily tasks and behind-the-scenes work which goes into maintaining this unique Scottish tourist attraction.
His duties included many physical tasks including planting and watering trees, keeping the grounds and car park tidy, and cutting the grass on this vast 55-acre site.
Logan is currently studying Travel and Tourism at Ayrshire College and hopes to secure work as a tour guide in Scotland or abroad in the future.
He said: “Working at Crawick Multiverse was a fantastic experience and it was great to have a hands-on role at the artland. I would highly recommend a placement to anyone who loves the great outdoors.
“Thank you to the team at Crawick for the opportunity.”
